Robert Brady
As the head of Brady Contracting Rob has been in the roofing and construction field since 1978. Originally trained by roofing professional Ken Stewart of Stewart Residential, Rob discovered a love for working outside on all types of roofs; from shingles, metal, slate or tile. He has worked on projects throughout the United States, affording him the opportunity to learn and become certified in a large variety of commercial roofing applications including bitumen style roofs and single ply membrane roofing systems. Single ply membrane roofing systems are the main focus now in the commercial roofing sector, specializing in the application of TPO, EPDM, and PVC materials. Rob is also a HAAG certified roofing inspector for both residential and commercial roofing systems.
Family has always been a top priority for Rob, which led him to create and grow a family business, Brady Contracting. Sharing his knowledge and vast experience with his sons, Kyle and Billy, and being able to work with them on a daily basis emphasizes the pride and exemplary focus Rob has instilled in his company.
Giving back to community is equally important. Rob started a roofing education program for the charitable organization Christmas In October. This program seeks to educate released non-violent convicts about the roofing industry, giving them the skills needed to repair and replace residential composite shingle roofing systems.
Rob resides in Kansas City with his amazing wife of 35+ years. In addition to Kyle and Billy he has a daughter Elaine, son-in-law Drew, and grandson Calvin. He loves sports and is a big fan of the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs.
Rob’s passion for Kansas City BBQ has led him to design and bring to market his own BBQ smoker- currently available for sale if anyone is interested.
